All SRS officers are PSIRA-registered, professionally trained, and engaged in continuous skills development across Grades C to A. Our disciplined guarding teams are supported by strong operational oversight, ensuring consistent compliance, reliability, and service quality across every site we protect.
Where required, SRS also deploys armed guards for specialised, higher-risk environments, with a controlled and selective approach to mitigate exposure. Through our partnership with ADT, we additionally provide armed response, including electric fence link monitoring, guard panic link monitoring, individual panic monitoring, and off-site surveillance into our AI-enabled control room.
SRS further strengthens site security through advanced access-control solutions. Our smart PTT devices and unique QR-code authorisation system allow estates, complexes, and facilities to manage controlled entry and exit with precision, accountability, and real-time monitoring.
The SRS Technical Division delivers comprehensive electronic security solutions that strengthen site protection and enhance operational oversight. Our qualified experts specialise in system installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance across residential, commercial, industrial, and complex environments.
Our services include alarm systems, electric fencing, access control, CCTV cameras, intercoms, gate motors, and panic and emergency systems. Each installation is engineered for performance, reliability, and full integration with on-site guarding and response operations, including AI-enabled off-site monitoring.

OFFSITE MONITORING & COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

As part of our Technical Division, SRS delivers an advanced off-site monitoring and communications environment designed to elevate visibility, coordination, and accountability across every security operation. Leveraging smart Push-To-Talk (PTT) devices, integrated platforms, and our centralised control room, we provide clients with a modernised oversight system that enhances situational awareness and strengthens response capability.
Our off-site monitoring solutions include remote CCTV surveillance, real-time guard and supervisor tracking, SOS and panic-signal identification, incident escalation and dispatch coordination, integrated PTT communications, centralised monitoring oversight, and structured reporting with detailed movement logs. These capabilities allow us to detect threats earlier, manage field teams more effectively, and ensure rapid communication during emergencies.

SRS provides discreet, professional Close Protection Officers (CPOs) for high-risk, executive, and VIP environments. Our services include executive protection, personal protection, vehicle escort support, meet-and-greet facilitation, and comprehensive risk and threat assessment, mitigation, and management.
We serve a select group of clients who require precision, confidentiality, and tailored protection strategies. Each assignment is designed around the client’s unique risk profile—there is no one-sizefits- all approach. SRS deploys marked and unmarked vehicles, highly trained CPOs, and scenariospecific protective measures to ensure safe movement, proactive threat detection, and controlled responses in both routine and elevated-risk situations.
